Newport man arrested on child porn charges
A Newport man is being held on nearly $200,000 bail on charges of child pornography.
21-year-old Leon Smallwood, III following an online undercover operation by the state's Child Predator Task Force.
Detectives seized several computers and other digital evidence in a search of Smallwood's home on the 200 block of Spruance Street in Newport.
