A Millsboro man's bootlegging operation is officially over after police arrest him and close up shop.

Reese Carey was buying large amounts of grain alcohol, adding in his own ingredients and selling the concoction.

Division of Alcohol and Tobacco Enforcement agents charged Carey with selling alcohol without a license, attempting to evade or defeat tax, illegal transportation of alcohol, and keeping alcohol in residence with intent to sell.

After executing a warrant, the police found 16 quart jars and three pint jars of Carey's brew in his car.

Carey was released on $8,000 bail.
