Apt. bomb scare investigated

Some 50 residents of the Haverford Place Apartments in Marshallton were evacuated due to a bomb scare.
The County Police bomb squad disarmed the explosive device Thursday afternoon.
The State Fire Marshal's office is investigating.
Anyone with information on this incident is asked to contact the state fire marshal, or Crime Stoppers.
