Ambulance, school bus collide in Wilmington

A child on a school bus and a person in an ambulance were hurt when the two vehicles collided Wednesday morning.
Wilmington Police say it happened at 4th and Franklin Street at about 7 am.
The ambulance was responding to an emergency call with its lights activated when the accident happened. There were nine children on the bus at the time.
Police say the injured child was treated at St. Francis Hospital and released.
The ambulance passenger received minor injuries.
No word on charges in the crash.
