Newark man hurt, robbed in home invasion
Newark Police are investigating a home invasion armed robbery.
It happened around 1:30 Thursday morning when three men kicked in the door of a home on Wharton Drive.
They fled after taking cash from the residents and the home's TV.
One of the victims was hit in the head with a handgun. He was treated at Christiana Hospital for a cut to his head.
