WDEL Investigation UPDATE: Illegal gambling arrest

State Police arrest a Hockessin man in connection with illegal gambling operations at a service station, two months after WDEL uncovered the machines.
The Division of Gaming Enforcement and Division of Alcohol and Tobacco Enforcement have now made an arrest for alleged illegal gambling at a gas station at 3625 Kirkwood Highway in Milltown.
After gaining a search warrant, authorities nabbed Karan Gupta, and charged him with Possession of a Gambling Device and Providing a Premises to Another for Gambling.
Gupta's trial is pending a later date. He was released on unsecured bond.
WDEL initially contacted authorities about the arcade-style machines which were paying out cash in several locations in November.
