Missing owner of Nicola Pizza returns home, no explanation on whereabouts

A missing pizza shop owner from Ocean View is back home after being missing for a week, and police aren't saying anything about where he was.
State police confirm Nick Caggiano went missing January 12. He was last seen when he left his home to go to work in Rehoboth Beach.
Police say he has returned home and is in good health. They say no further information will be released.
