Wilm. police make arrest in summer murder

| Kashief Dollard is accused of gunning down Kevin Waterman in Wilm. | Wilmington police arrest a Bear man in a summer murder.
Police say Kashief Dollard is the man who shot Kevin Waterman to death at East 10th and Bennett Streets in mid-July.
Police first identified Dollard back as a suspect in July right after the murder, but he was just picked up picked up by U.S. Marshalls in Philadelphia.
He's being held without bail at Howard Young prison
