Austin Tilghman finished with 20 points as St. Andrew's bounced back from a loss with a 50-35 Independent Conference victory at Tower Hill Tuesday afternoon.
The Cardinals took a commanding lead after the opening quarter 13-6, and never looked back as the duo of Tilghman (20) and Ben Bentil (16) each put up double digit performances.
Tower Hill kept the game even in the second half, shaving two points off of a 28-13 halftime deficit in the third quarter, but could not overcome the defensive and offensive skills of the taller Cardinals including the center Bentil.
The win was a needed bounce back for St. Andrew's (10-3) following a weekend loss to conference-rival Wilmington Friends.

Peter Smith led Tower Hill (8-6) with 18 points.
