Del. gets $1M for immunizations

Delaware's vaccination program gets a booster shot from the federal government.
The Division of Public Health is receiving nearly one million dollars.
Dr. Karyl Rattay says this will help them immensely.
"Funding vaccines as well as some of our critical staffing positions to benefit all people in Delaware, especially, our uninsured and underinsured sectors," says Rattay.

The money will also be used to track vaccines.
"Vaccines, over time, are one of the most important public health accomplishments, and so much death and disease is prevented through vaccines," says Rattay.
