Police nab heroin dealer
County Police catch a heroin dealer in the act.
They say Naim Tillison of Wilmington was selling heroin on Memorial Drive near DuPont Highway in New Castle Tuesday night.
Police say they nabbed Tillison with 85 bags of heroin. He's being held on 15-thousand-dollars bail.
