Highlights of Middletown's 64-62 win over Concord

Kwadwo Bamfo scored 17 points as Middletown picked up an important Flight A victory over Concord 64-62 Thursday night.

Concord held an 8-point lead at halftime after Jalen Thompson put the Raiders up 22-13 at the end of the 2nd Quarter.

However, Middletown's offense would to much to handle in the 2nd half as the Cavaliers rallied to pull within 5 points at the end of the 3rd Quarter.

With the game tied at 62-62 near the end of the 4th Quarter, Paul Truckley put Middletown ahead 64-62 to give them the win.

Sardayah Sambo scored 12 points and Julian Dobson added 11 for the Cavaliers (14-5) in the winning effort. They'll play their next game against Appoquinimink Tuesday night.

Concord (8-9) looks to rebound against A.I. duPont Saturday afternoon.
