Citizen leads police to accused drug dealer
Wilmington police say they arrested an accused drug dealer, thanks to the help of a concerned citizen.
Police were called to the 700 block of E. 17th Street early Friday morning.
When they got there, a resident told them to take a close look at a man standing by himself on the corner.
Turns out Shaheed Abdurrafi had crack cocaine on him, according to police. He tried to run, but police caught him.
He's now charged with possession with intent to deliver and resisting arrest.
