Two men are arrested for heroin charges at a Dover Wendy's following a multi-agency investigation.

31-year-old Jamar Tate, of Wilmington, and 24-year-old Colby Hopkins, of Milton, were busted by members of the State Police Drug Unit, Governor's Task Force, and Milton and Dover police in the parking lot of the Wendy's restaurant, located at 1701 North DuPont Highway.

State Police say they suspected the occupant of a blue Town & Country minivan was dealing heroin, and observed the vehicle in the Wendy's parking lot on Friday around 6 P-M.

Tate was found with 650 bags of heroin and $500-cash in his pants, and authorities say they found another 130 bags of heroin in the van.

Detectives say Tate had just sold heroin to Hopkins.

Tate was taken into custody on Possession of a Controlled Substance in a Tier 5 Quantity and other drug-related charges. He was committed to the Vaughn Correctional Center on $39,000 cash bail.

Hopkins was arrested for drug charges. He was taken into Vaughn on $32,500 bail.
