Witness: "He pointed the gun at me"

People waiting to get inside the courthouse were terrified as the shooting started.

WDEL's Mellany Armstrong talked with a man who said the gunman aimed right at him.

"And he just started shooting, pop pop pop pop, he just started shooting people."

This man was headed to the probation and parole office in the courthouse.

"I was coming through the door, and an old white guy, turned to me with a gun, it was a Glock 40, and he turned at me and he pointed the gun, and I was shell-shocked," the witness said.

The man did not want to identify himself.

"And then he turned around and there were people standing in line waiting to go in, and then he just started shooting," he said.

"Glass shattered, and I got me a little nick, right here," he said.

He was hit above his left eye with glass that shattered from the flying bullets. He says as he ran he saw five people lying on the floor.
