Sex offender target of police search
The search is on for a Tier III sex offender in New Castle County.
Police say 41 year old Christopher Dennis of New Castle failed to register his sex offender status. He's black, 5'4", 120 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
He may be in the New Castle area.
