| Raw video from outside of federal court in Wilmington | David Matusiewicz, the son of the man who killed two women, and shot two Capitol Police officers at the New Castle County Courthouse Monday, will remain behind bars for the near future.
Matusiewicz waived a detention hearing in federal court Friday, opting to not challenge a decision to keep him in custody until his next court date to determine whether he violated his probation related to the kidnapping of his children.
Matusiewicz's father, Thomas, shot and killed his former daughter in law and her friend when they arrived at the courthouse for a child support hearing Monday morning.
