Guilty plea in drug smuggling opeartion

Ten to life, that's what awaits a Wilmington man for his part in helping bring drugs up from Panama.
Kelvin Cook pled guilty to a conspiracy charge in federal court Friday.
Cook recruited couriers to smuggle cocaine and heroin from Panama to Delaware.
He is the fourteenth person charged in the drug ring and the tenth to take a guilty plea.
Sentencing is set for June 20.
