Wilm. man fails to register as sex offender
A Wilmington man has failed to register as a sex offender.
The State Police are looking for Joseph Ventresca, who is a level 2 sex offender.
He is described as a 48-year-old white male, 5'9" tall, 170 lbs., with blue eyes and blond hair.
Anyone who has any information should contact the State Police or Crime Stoppers.
