Search for suspect in attempted car arson

Deputy Fire Marshals are investigating the attempted arson of a car in Bear early Saturday morning.
Around 5 a.m., the suspect flattened all four tires of a 2013 Chevy Malibu, which was parked in front of a home on the 100 block of Channing Drive in the Buckley community.
Authorities say the suspect then tried setting the vehicle on fire, but was stopped by a neighbor.
The attempted arsonist did $1,500 in damage.
