Accident victim identified

New Castle County Police have identified the man killed in a car accident last Thursday, as 55 year old Lindsey Shatley of Newark.
An investigation showed Shatley's car struck two trees on Thompson Station Road before catching fire.
Shatley was pronounced dead at the scene.
