A Wilmington Police officer is under arrest on charges of bigamy and forgery.

The mayor's office says it was tipped off by the Delaware Division of Alcohol and Tobacco Enforcement that Wilbur Justice was married to two women.

The Wilmington Police Department launched an investigation and found that last August, Justice claimed on a marriage certificate that he was not married, when in fact, he had walked down the aisle in 2008.

Justice married his second wife on September first last year.

It's unknown if Justice will keep his job.
