Wilmington teen busted in daylight drug deal
Wilmington police put the cuffs to a 16 year old they say was dealing heroin and pot on the streets Tuesday morning.
Two officers with the Neighborhood Policing Unit reportedly spotted the teen handing off a package to someone at East 10th and North Spruce Streets at about 10:15 am.
Police searched the teen and found twenty bags of heroin and just under six grams of marijuana.
He's in the County Detention Center on 22 thousand dollars cash bail.
