Wilmington police have arrested a man they say robbed a bank and a hotel and tried to rob a second hotel downtown.
Jonathan Bryant of Wilmington was arrested Monday and charged with two counts of robbery and one count of attempted robbery. He is being held on $30,000 bail.
Officers say Bryant went into a PNC bank on Delaware Avenue on Feb. 21, presented a note to a teller demanding money, and fled with cash.
Police say on Dec. 24, Bryant gave a note to a clerk at Sheraton Suites demanding money, but the clerk refused to comply. Authorities say minutes later, Bryant gave a note to a clerk at Hotel Marriott and fled after getting cash.
