IRS has $3.4M in unfiled returns from Del.
The IRS is hanging on to more than three-million-dollars for Delaware taxpayers, who didn't file their taxes several years ago.
The I-R-S says 4-thousand Delawareans have until April 15th to file their income tax returns and collect the money they were owed in 2009.
The I-R-S estimates half the potential refunds due amount to more than 560-dollars.
