Middletown man accused of terroristic threatening

Capitol Police charge a Middletown man with terrorist threatening.
It happened Wednesday in the screening area of the Kent County Superior Court Building, where police say 21-year-old Kameron Simmons made a comment to another person and asked if he had brought AK-47s with them.
Police say Simmons was taken into custody and arraigned.
He's been released on $2,000 unsecured bond.
