Biden says AG's office won't pursue second indictment against Earl Bradley
By Peter MacArthur

A final indictment against former Delaware pediatrician and convicted child rapist Earl Bradley won't be pursued by the state Attorney General.

Beau Biden says with Bradley behind bars for the rest of his life, he wants to spare victims and their families the horror of ever having to face Bradley in court again.

This particular indictment was gained through interviews victims did with authorities at the state's Child Advocacy Center.

Biden says, as a result, a trial using that evidence would require victims and their parents to take the stand and testify.
