Purse lifted from car at WalMart
State Police are are looking for the woman who stole a purse out of a shopper's car at WalMart on Centerville Road, outside Wilmington.
Troopers say the victim left her car's window slightly open around 4:30 Sunday afternoon, and the suspect was able to get the purse out.
