Greenwood fire leaves two injured

A fire is under investigation in Greenwood, where two occupants were found injured.

The occupants were rushed from a home in Lincoln, Delaware after a fire blazed shortly before 5am in the 14000 block of Oak Road.

One victim is in critical condition with second degree burns held at Crozer Burn Center in Upland, Pennsylvania, while the other victim is suffering from smoke inhalation at Milford Memorial Hospital. She is in fair condition.

State Fire investigators are unsure of the origin or the fire's cause. Damage was estimated at $65,000.

Investigators also are determining if the dwelling was equipped with operational smoke alarms.
