Man arrested in Mexico for 2006 beating death at Wilmington carnival

A seven-year manhunt ends with a Wilmington man arrested for the brutal beating death of a Newark man at a carnival in the Canby Park Shopping Center.

Miguel Aramiz was indicted on charges he and others chased 22-year-old Jose Andres-Estrada, through a crowded carnival and beat him to death with a baseball bat in front of hundreds of people in 2006.

Aramiz was arrested in Mexico in Tenancingo, southwest of Mexico City. He was featured in a gang segment on America's Most Wanted in 2010.
