A Phildelphia man has been charged for last week's murder in Wilmington.

Khalil Lewis has been charged with the murder of Toney Morgan, who was shot multiple times on the 600 block of N. Jefferson St. last Saturday.

Police say Lewis was initially listed as a victim because he also had multiple gunshot wounds during the double shooting.

After obtaining information that connected Lewis to the murder, police questioned him and charged him on Tuesday.

His arrest wasn't made public until now because of investigative purposes.

He's in the Howard Young Correctional Institution without bail.
