Voters in the Appoquinimink School District vote in support of the referendum.

Unofficially, 60.5% of voters voted for the $2.79 million dollar referendum.

This was the second try for the district as voters were against it in February.

This time the tax increase was half the size at 15 cents per $100 of assessed value.
