State Police arrest a Dover man, and charge him with his 6th DUI offense.

Police say 32-year-old Takoi Morris was pulled over by police Thursday afternoon for talking on his cell phone while driving on South DuPont Highway. During the stop, the officer smelled alcohol, and took Morris into custody without incident.

Other than the DUI, Morris is charged with driving while suspended or revoked, no proof of insurance and driving while using an electronic communication device.

Morris has been committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on $11,101 secured bond.
