Alert neighbors help Wilmington Police catch a church burglar.

Police were called to the Faith Tabernacle United Holy Church on Vandever Avenue as local residents spotted a man breaking in through a window.
Police say 27-year-old Emanuel Carr broke the window and took envelopes with money. He was apprehended after a foot chase.

Police found money in Carr's pockets. He's charged with 3rd degree burglary, criminal mischief, theft and criminal trespassing.
