DNREC is offering fogging or ultra low volume spraying to help cut down on mosquitoes.
Delaware Public Health Medical Director Dr. Awe Maduka-Ezeh says you should call your local parks department, if you see obvious signs of West Nile Virus.
"If you notice that there's lot of wild birds that are dropping dead aroudn you, you should call them, because that could be an indication that there is West Nile in your area," says Dr. Maduka-Ezeh.
West Nile Virus can be fatal.
