A Wilmington man is under arrest and charged with holding up a Hockessin bank.

Police say Joshua Swinger is accused of covering his face as he walked into the WSFS Bank at 6274 Limestone Road. He gave a note a teller demanding money and then took off.

Detectives say they found evidence at the scene linking Swinger to the crime and arrested him at his residence.

They've also determined that he was behind a June 4th holdup at the PNC Bank at 4725 Kirkwood Highway.

Swinger is in the Howard Young Prison on $25,000 bail.
