Attorney General Beau Biden shuts down a home improvement scam that targets the elderly.

Six people were indicted in the year-long investigation into the scam that stole more than $200,000 from five seniors in New Castle County.

Biden says the men and women made unsolicited door-to-door visits to victims' homes, offering to provide home repairs that were never completed.

So far, three people were arrested. Three are still on the lam.

The indictments comes just one day before World Elder Abuse Awareness Day.
