Improving Delaware's international connections is the subject of Gov. Markell's latest weekly address.

Markell, who signed an agreement to promote two-way trade and commercial port growth with Peru this week, says Delaware can benefit from such international agreements.

"By working together with countries like Peru, we can maintain the Port of Wilmington’s status as the leading North American Port for fresh produce," Markell says.
