Cop tips on car breakins
A rash of car break ins around Wilmington of late has police reminding you that those kinds of burglaries can be a symptom of the season.
Mark Ivey, public information officer for Wilmington Police says, one of the best and most basic pieces of advice to keep your car from getting broken into, revolves around where you park it.
