A 45-year-old man faces charges after the burglary of a Dover store early Wednesday morning.

Police say James Smith used a brick to enter Zuha Trend on Loockerman Street. He allegedly fled with items and money.

Smith faces four charges, including burglary and felony theft.

Police say surveillance footage helped identify Smith. He's being held at the Vaughn Correctional Center on more than $9,000 bail.
