Dover Police say they've arrested the man who allegedly kidnapped his son from his mother Sunday morning, triggering an Amber Alert in the state.

Kyron Graham is accused of forcing his way into the mother's home, located on the 200 block of W. Lockerman St., choking the woman and then taking their child.

Graham allegedly told the woman she would never see her child again before fleeing the residence.

However, he dropped the child off at a relative's house shortly after an amber alert was issued and the turned himself in Monday.

He's in the James Vaughn Correctional Center on $58,000 cash bail.
