Delaware State Police search for a man they say is responsible for a drive by shooting in Dover Monday afternoon.

Police responded to a call of a person being shot shortly after 3:00, in the 100 block of Presidents Drive.

They learned a 28 year old had been sitting in his car, when Dazzel King of Frederica, allegedly drove by and started firing.

The victim was hit in the upper part of his body and taken to the hospital. Additional bullets hit a house behind the victims car, and entered a living room where four people, including a 12 year old and 8 year old were sitting.

No one in the house was hurt.
