Wilm. man charged with illegally possessing explosives

Wilmington police have charged a convicted felon with possessing illegal explosives.

Local officers and agents with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives arrest 27-year-old Vaughn Cephas of Wilmington Wednesday.

Police say an investigation began on July 4, when officers say Cephas was found in unlawful possession of fireworks and explosives.
