County police arrest a local fugitive
County Police arrest a New Castle man, who had several outstanding warrants.
Police say they arrested David Feaster on Wednesday, after receiving word that he was in Stanton.
Feaster, who was wanted by three agencies, was found in possession of heroin and hypodermic needles, during the time of the arrest.
Feaster was charged with assault in the second degree (police officer), resisting arrest, possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia, among other offenses.
He was committed to Howard Young Correctional Institute after failing to post $18,650 cash bail.
