By Associated Press

Authorities in Delaware are investigating the armed robbery of a Chinese restaurant in Newark.

The Delaware State Police says the robbery happened Friday just before 11 p.m. Police say a man wearing a mask entered the Red Flower Chinese Restaurant on Capitol Trail armed with a handgun and pointed it at an employee. The employee gave the man money from the cash register, and the robber fled.

Troopers say the robber was approximately 19 years old. No one was injured during the incident.
