By Associated Press

County Police say two people have been arrested after heroin was allegedly found after a traffic stop in Claymont.

Officers stopped a vehicle about 3:20 p.m. Wednesday at the East Point apartment complex. Police say a passenger got out of the car and walked away before police stopped him. Authorities say he threw away a bundle of heroin.

Police say the driver had several bundles of heroin in his pants.

Dominique Tisinger of Wilmington and Romie Jervey of Newark were each charged with possession of heroin, conspiracy and other offenses.
