American Birding Assoc. moves headquarters to Del. City
By Amy Cherry

The American Birding Association moves its North American headquarters to Delaware.

The international birding association, currently headquartered in Colorado, will move to Delaware City, taking up residence in the historic Central Hotel overlooking Pea Patch Island.

Delaware hopes the move will boost birding in the state's multi-billion dollar tourism industry.

Delaware has an active birding scene that stretches through the Mid-Atlantic from the ocean to the Appalachians.
