Man hit, loses consciousness, is robbed
By Associated Press

State Police are looking for a man who knocked out a pedestrian and took money from his pockets.

It happened about 9:50 p.m. Monday in New Castle. Troopers say the victim, a 50-year-old man from Utica, N.Y., was walking along South DuPont Parkway when he was approached by a man who asked for a cigarette.

When the victim reached into his pocket, the suspect hit him, causing him to lose consciousness.

When the victim woke up, he found that money was missing from his pockets.

The victim did not require medical treatment at the scene.
