Delaware freshman punter Eric Enderson has been named the CAA's Rookie of the Week after a stellar performance at Rhode Island Saturday.

The redshirt freshman averaged 55.5 yards on three punts, including a 69-yard effort in the 2nd half. His 42.9 average is now second in the CAA, and 18th in I-AA (FCS).

Two of Delaware's opponents this week: Towson's Terrance West and Telvion Clark also earned CAA nods.

West, a running back, rushed for a career-high 272 yards in a victory over Richmond to earn the conference's top offensive player honor.

Clark, who earned co-Defensive honors, forced a fumble and returned it for a touchdown in the 4th quarter. He also forced another fumble and had 16 tackles.

Delaware re-entered the Sports Network Top 25 poll at No. 21, while the Tigers rest at No. 7.

The teams meet Saturday at 7pm at Johnny Unitas Stadium in Towson.
