Man robbed of iPod while jogging in Middletown

Middletown police say a 44-year-old man who was out for a jog was robbed of his iPod at gunpoint Sunday afternoon.

It happened around 5:20 p.m. on Sweethollow Drive in the Longmeadow community.

Police say the victim was jogging when he was accosted by two other men, one of whom was armed with a handgun. The suspects then took the man's iPod.

The first suspect is described as being 19 to 21 years old, 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and jeans and also had a goatee.

The second suspect is described as being 19 to 21 years old, 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing 200 pounds. He was wearing a white hooded sweatshirt and a white scarf pulled across his face during the robbery.
